Community Church of Chapel Hill tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a community space that’s more than just a church? The Community Church of Chapel Hill is a local gem packed with history and heart. Back in 2017, it played host to the Rotary Club’s big fundraising gala where they managed to raise a six-figure sum, no small feat! Not long after, in 2018, the church opened its doors for the North Carolina Jewish Film Festival, showcasing the documentary 'Shalom in the South,' which really struck a chord with attendees and got some great buzz. One of my favorite spots is the spiritual reflection space they finished up in 2013, perfect for those moments when you just need a little peace and quiet. And I can’t forget the urban farm they started in 2012, first time I saw it I thought, wow, this place is really walking the talk on sustainability. The farm’s been providing fresh produce to local charities every season since then, which is pretty awesome. If you’re coming from UNC Hospital, just head south on Old Mason Farm Road and turn right onto MLK Blvd, easy peasy, and you'll spot the church on your right after about a mile. Plus, it’s a great spot if you're into live music too. They often host a variety of concerts, everything from folk and bluegrass to indie acts, sometimes offering sneak peeks for their loyal followers. Want to sit front and center for Sierra Hull or relax in a cozy VIP section? They’ve got an interactive seating chart that helps you pick just the right spot. So whether you're here for a service, a concert, or just to soak in the vibe, the Community Church of Chapel Hill is a place where good things happen and memories are made. Trust me, it’s worth checking out.
